Quality

Every batch, lab-tested and documented

From the raw-material check at intake to the final COA at dispatch — a controlled, traceable batch journey with the tests logged at every stage.

The batch journey

From raw-material check to dispatch

Seven stages, each with its own checks. Every lot is traceable back to its raw material and forward to its lined bag.

  1. 01

    Raw-material check

Incoming produce inspected for variety, defects, field moisture and pesticide records.

  2. 02

    Sorting & washing

Hand and optical sorting, gentle abrasive wash; wash-water quality monitored.

  3. 03

    Slicing

Cut to size — flakes, chopped, minced, granules — and verified against the order.

  4. 04

    Low-temperature dehydration

Belt drying under controlled low temperature; time and temperature logged to preserve colour, pungency and lycopene.

  5. 05

    Milling & sieving

Milled and sieved to the ordered mesh range; overs rejected back to the mill.

    Metal detection & lab testing

Every lot passes metal detection and is sampled for the full lab panel.
